Receptionist and BD Manager for Plastic Surgery Hospital

Job description of receptionist:

1. Be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates;

2. Make concerned records.


Qualifications of receptionist

1. Excellent verbal communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills;

2. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments;

3. Advanced knowledge MS Word, Excel;

4. Have a professional and positive attitude as well as demeanor.


Job description of BD Manager:

1. Attend pitches and meetings with prospective clients;

2. Maintain and develop existing client relationships with regular phone calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure repeat business;

3.  Perform other duties/special tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

1. Solid oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present to both small and large groups;

2. Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering/biochemistry/business, and 5-10 year working experience;

3. Must be available for travel as required.;

4. Excellent interpersonal skills allowing the individual to relate harmoniously with individuals, both within and outside of the company;

5. Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
